Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just select the email mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest.
